Reason for WIP status

     Just the year before I had won 1st place in the NAID '96 chip tune
compo by creating a two channel tune that sounded decent when everybody
else had twice as many to work with. In a vain effort to recapture lost
glory I tried to do it again. The result? Well it's in my WIP box now.
