Reason for WIP status

     For a song done in 1996 it shows some promise. But it starts off
slow, the mix is off and the drum samples need some love. It takes
more than a minute to get going and then nothing really happens. I
guess this could be chalked up to "didn't know where to take it".
There is an interesting part about 2:30 in but really nothing happens
in this to make me want to finish it.
