Living, again and again
El Blanco/audic

1st release for audic

Well, this is the first real song I've been satisfied with in something
over a year now, school/life/etc. has really stifled my creative juices.
But for some reason after joining Audic, I feel like I'm all fired up
again. So I was looking for inspiration (listening to the radio and some
of my old songs etc.) and I found that I was almost continuously humming
or thinking about the chorus from Pearl Jams' "Elderly Woman Behind the
Counter in a Small Town". So I "borrowed" (if you will) the melody from
that, bassified it, and this is what came of it. It probably didn't hurt
that I had also been listening to some of Necros' old stuff (hence the
guitar samples). I decided to add the crappy vocal sample at the end to
verify the bass line (I ended up writing it from memory since I didn't
have the song on hand) and it stayed in.

Greetz:audic, esp. coplan, mah old CT crew (sorry to see it break up, but
I guess it was time), Hanuel, LB, LC, lil' B.

dedicated to my grandmother (she liked the song)
